Many businesses are required to “pre-qualify” with a client before they can tender for, or be engaged in any work. These pre-qualification requirements can vary from filling in a one-page form through to lengthy, time-consuming, and onerous online accreditation schemes (often also costing you money to ‘subscribe’).
