Incident Investigation

If a serious incident, notifiable event or high potential near miss occurs, it’s important to identify what went wrong. This will help you identify root causes and determine the actions required to prevent it from happening again.

We can help you through this process, undertaking a full investigation (ICAM or similar) on your behalf, and, once corrective actions have been approved, help you formulate an Action Plan that will ensure the required changes are made to prevent a repeat experience.
